Quite a while since I last wrote a blog, but we have definitely been still meeting every week, usually at our favourite venue with the lovely views/terrace & good parking! However, we did finally go & paint outside, down a long winding lane & deep into the Provençal countryside, with plenty of room in a garden right by the river.An idyllic setting with ciçadas chattering away, but plenty of shade & a table & chairs on the terrace nearby, so not exactly doing it the hard way!

August is a busy month for many with family & friends visiting, & a lot more traffic, so we shall miss a week, but with an open invitation to come & paint chez moi in the garden in a couple of weeks time.There is a pool for those who get too hot so it might be tempting- we'll see what happens before going back to our favourite venue in September.
